
This amazing smoothie is the perfect healthy snack! Filled with great fruits for better energy!
Ingredients
- 1 ripe peach (I like white peaches for sweetness)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- Juice from 1 grapefruit (even if you don’t like grapefruit… believe me, this is good!!)
- 1/2 frozen banana
Blend everything together for about a minute and enjoy!!! Tip: you really need a good blender!!
You can also add protein to this by adding chia seeds, greek yogurt, nut butter if you’d like! Or add oats to make it a filling breakfast!
