Power smoothie!

This amazing smoothie is the perfect healthy snack! Filled with great fruits for better energy!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe peach (I like white peaches for sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • Juice from 1 grapefruit (even if you don’t like grapefruit… believe me, this is good!!)
  • 1/2 frozen banana

Blend everything together for about a minute and enjoy!!! Tip: you really need a good blender!!

You can also add protein to this by adding chia seeds, greek yogurt, nut butter if you’d like! Or add oats to make it a filling breakfast!
