
Ingredients for 8 pancakes
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Mix dry ingredients first. Add milk and eggs. Mix all together, then add melted butter and vanilla. Mix everything until well combined and no lumps. Scoop 1/4 cups into a pan on low medium heat spraying pan with non-stick cooking spray in between.
Enjoy with any topping you like! I love maple syrup!
