
Ingredients
- 250gr all purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract (you can replace this any flavor… I like Grand Marnier sometimes!)
- 1/3 cup water, milk or non-dairy milk
Mix all ingredients together and scoop by 1/3 cup into a hot waffle iron! This recipe makes about 6 waffles.
Enjoy with maple syrup, fresh berries, peanut butter or plain! These can be stored at room temp for 3 days or in the fridge for a week. They are great toasted for an on-the- go breakfast or make ahead for the kiddos!
